Start the new year with 90 days you’re proud of.
New Year Hybrid 90 starts on Friday 1 January. Run, lift and recover for 90 days, with targets that fit your week. It’s free, and it’s a lot easier to keep going when a friend does it too.
Starts in 63 days.
Why most New Year plans are gone by February
Not because people don’t care. It’s because “every day, perfectly” is too much, and one missed day makes the whole plan feel broken. HeyTask 90 is made for the weeks after the first excitement: a score instead of all or nothing, weekly goals you can still make on Friday, and a badge at 70%, not 100%.

Questions
Is it really free?+
Yes. Joining HeyTask 90 is free, on the free plan too. Pro only adds charts, your badge pace and tips.
Do I need an iPhone?+
No. You can join and tick off your tasks in your browser at heytask.app, on any phone or laptop. The iPhone app adds reminders and Apple Health.
What if I miss a few days?+
Nothing ends. Your event score is the average over the days, and the badge needs 70%, not 100%. Ill or away? Mark it as time off and those days don’t count.
Can I start after 1 January?+
Yes. You can join while it’s running. You start that day and only the days you were in count.
Can I do it with friends?+
Yes. Add each other with a friend code and you see each other in a ranking on the event page. Friends see your score, never your tasks.
